Resignation Refund Policy
An AMWAY Business Owner (ABO) is entitled to a refund upon resignation provided the complete Business Kit is returned within the stipulated period and the amount of refund depends on the period of return as stated below:

- AMWAY reserves the right to process the resignation and to refund only upon receipt of:
(a) ADA Card and copy of SA88 Application Form;
(b) Business Kit with literature’ and
(c) Resignation letter.
- AMWAY (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd / AMWAY (Brunei) Sdn Bhd shall determine the quantum of refund based on the date of receipt of the documents.
- RM3.00/B$3.00 per card will be deducted from the refunded amount if an ABO returns the Business Kit without the ADA Card.
ABOs may return the above-mentioned items to AMWAY Malaysia/AMWAY Brunei directly or alternatively, to the Sponsor or ABO for further assistance.
