Resetting Your Password

At AMWAY, customer privacy and security are of utmost importance. We make every effort to ensure that our policies uphold the safety of your online account information.

As a best practice, AMWAY urges you to create strong passwords unique to your AMWAY accounts, and to change your password every 30 to 90 days. You can change your password under “Account Setting” in My Account.

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the Login section. You will need to verify your identity with your Username or AMWAY ABO number, and your date of birth. Select how you want to receive your One Time Password (OTP). Enter the OTP you have received. After OTP validation, you can reset your password.

Changing Your Username

At AMWAY, customer privacy and security are of utmost importance. We make every effort to ensure that our policies uphold the safety of your online account information. You create your Username during your first login into the site. Your Username must be between 6-20 characters, and contain at least one alphabet. Your Username is used to log in instead of your ADA Number.

You can change your Username under “Account Setting” in My Account.
