What is the eSpring Subscription Programme (ESP)?
The eSpring Subscription Programme (ESP) allows you to subscribe to the eSpring Water Purifier for an affordable monthly fee, so you can enjoy healthy, clean water through a hassle-free experience for 48 months (4 years).
Who is eligible to subscribe to the ESP?
• Malaysian applicants
• Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and Amway Privileged Customers (APCs)
• Primary Account holders (Joint-Account)
• No ESP application rejection due to credit related issues in the past 6 months
How does the ESP work?
Subscribe to the eSpring Water Purifier for RM188 per month for 48 months. Once your subscription is approved, the unit will be delivered directly to your provided installation address. You may request installation after receiving the unit.
Which payment methods are accepted for the ESP?
Only credit/debit card payments are accepted. Please ensure that your card has sufficient limit/funds to avoid payment failures.
What is the payment schedule for each month?
How do I know that my ESP subscription is successful?
You will receive an email notifying you of your successful ESP subscription. In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified via WhatsApp and email. Please note that SMS and email notifications for failed payments will only be sent ONCE.

To avoid any miscommunication, please ensure you have a VALID mobile number and email address registered with your account, and check them regularly.

Upon receiving the notification, kindly take the necessary actions to reactivate your payment in ensuring your subscription(s) remain active.
How does the installation & on-site service work under ESP?
As part of your ESP, you’ll receive:
- One-time complimentary installation service
- Three (3) free on-site at no additional cost (T&Cs apply)

To redeem, simply submit your request through the ESP dashboard. Our friendly service provider will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
