To guide us in creating conscious, intentionally formulated products, we crafted our own ARTISTRY Clean Guidelines so you can be confident that our products are pure, safe and effective. Reveal your visibly healthy skin with no compromises. To begin, the complete ARTISTRY SKIN NUTRITION collection meets every one of these guidelines, and so will all future beauty launches after March 2021.
Ingredients we choose never to use. We are committed to the peace of mind of everyone who uses our products. As part of this commitment, we don’t use certain ingredients — over 1,300 of them.

Like two linked pieces of a larger puzzle, the ARTISTRY Clean Guidelines and Traceability are separate but related aspects of our commitment to Healthy Beauty.
We think of ARTISTRY Clean as the WHAT: what goes into our products, meaning the specific ingredients we choose or choose not to use.
Traceability speaks to the HOW: how we make our products, including the sourcing and manufacturing process and our extensive ingredient and product testing.

We pledge to stand behind our statements here, and to continue to be transparent with you as new science emerges. This includes adjusting the ARTISTRY Clean Beauty Ingredient No List when and where necessary.
We also pledge to provide more environmentally sensitive products, contributing at the product-level and process-level to help reduce unnecessary waste, where possible.
That being said, good things take time. In 2021, we set several goals to be achieved in the future. While these goals have an end date, we won’t stop here. We’re continuously evaluating our formulas and processes to ensure pure, safe and effective products.
Clean Beauty by 2025
Clean Beauty by 2025 We are striving for 100% of ARTISTRY products to follow the ARTISTRY Clean Beauty Ingredient No List by 2025. Currently, all ARTISTRY SKIN NUTRITION formulas follow this criteria.
Seed-to-Skin Traceable
All ARTISTRY SKIN NUTRITION formulas already include a Nutrilite-grown botanical with seed-to-skin traceability.
Alternative Energy Use

Biodegradable Formulas by 2025
By 2025, you can expect ARTISTRY formulas to be biodegradable, where applicable. Currently, all ARTISTRY SKIN NUTRITION rinse-off products have fully biodegradable formulas.
Vegan by 2025
We are committed to being registered Vegan on all ARTISTRY SKIN NUTRITION, ARTISTRY CORE COLOR, and ARTISTRY STUDIO SKIN products by 2025 and products that are for sale for a limited time will be formulated with no animal-derived ingredients. Currently, all ARTISTRY SKIN NUTRITION formulas and nearly all ARTISTRY STUDIO SKIN formulas are registered with The Vegan Society.
Better Packaging
By Spring 2021, the ARTISTRY SKIN NUTRITION collection will have eliminated 22% of plastic compared to previous skincare lines*. Annual plastic was reduced by 116,922 kgs (257,229 pounds) while delivering the same amount of product. This is equivalent to removing 11,810,351 water bottles** annually from our environment.
